An externally located microprocessor temperature controller reduces door openings, while a buffered temperature probe in a glycol-filled bottle ensures precise monitoring. Audible and visual alarms alert for temperature deviations, power failure, door openings, and sensor issues. Inside, adjustable cycle defrost prevents temperature spikes, while dual internal fans maintain uniform cooling. The unit features seven adjustable shelves, LED lighting, and a white powder-coated metal interior for durability. A double-pane tempered glass door with a self-closing, reversible design offers a full view of stored items. The factory-installed antimicrobial handle helps prevent germ spread, and a factory-installed lock enhances security. Designed with hydrocarbon refrigerant, it operates efficiently in ambient temperatures from 68ºF to 86ºF and is compatible with Pyxis, Omnicell, and AcuDose RX systems.
