Who Can Return or Exchange?

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags intact.
  • Timeframe: Requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Exclusions: We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom-made items or gift cards.

Once approved, we’ll provide a pre-paid shipping label for your return. All returns must be sent by mail.

Processing Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds: Processed immediately after we receive and inspect the item. Refunds typically reflect in your account within 1 business day (bank processing times may vary).
  • Exchanges: Once the returned item is received, the replacement will be shipped at no extra cost. A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent.
